La Gibson L-48 des années 1950 est une guitare acoustique archtop de milieu de gamme, réputée pour sa sonorité chaude et boisée et sa fabrication solide. Dotée d’un corps entièrement creux en érable avec une table en acajou laminé, elle offre un son riche et résonnant, idéal pour le jazz, le blues et le fingerstyle. Le manche en acajou avec une touche en palissandre brésilien offre une grande jouabilité, tandis que ses incrustations simples en points et sa tête non reliée lui confèrent un look épuré et discret. Guitare archtop abordable mais de bonne facture issue de l’âge d’or de Gibson, la L-48 reste un excellent choix pour les amateurs de guitares vintage. Cet exemplaire a bénéficié d’un neck reset pour une jouabilité optimale, un « overspray » a également été appliqué sur le vernis. Livrée avec un étui d’époque.
